Money locked up for months

I opened a Worldcore business account and it briefly worked OK until they had problems with their bank and had to stop making transfers. I was patient, even though we had a lot of money tied up. Finally they announced they could make transfers again but every time I try they make more requests which seem designed to stop the transfer happening. I couldn't transfer to my own account because it wasn't in the company name (well duh, if I had a company account I wouldn't have needed Worldcore). I transferred to another company and was asked to provide an invoice, which I did. Now I'm being asked to provide recent utility bills for all the company directors. Even though we had to provide details when we set up the account. I guess the next thing is I'll be asked for is a reference from my third-grade teacher. Seriously... this is no way to run a business account. I have other accounts at other banks which don't require this every time I make a transaction. It's not possible to run an account that way. I had been giving them the benefit of the doubt but this is the final straw. If I ever get my hands on the money it will be the last time I have anything to do with them. Be warned.

The issue was completely solved in June after Worldcore got new banking partners to process pending payouts. There was a few months pause in payments processing because it's too difficult to open account for payment system since 2018 but the company solved all problems and resumed bank transfers processing, which works with no interruptions since June, 2018.

As by chance the discussions followed on the days and after nothing more. Is that because we've made up stories? Cause this is such a big lie, it's such a big lie.

What the other guy said, they are just SCAM

Simply avoid them and safe your money. Chances are they will find a way to make it impossible for you to withdraw or move your money again. They did that to me and refuse to let me withdraw or use the $100 i sent them in any way. They claim when i sent them $80 more i can withdraw the original $100 (the $80 beeing lost obviously). Next to that the support is very unprofessional and even lied at some points to me. Please just avoid them, i did my research not well enough before opening a account and now i lost $100 and a day of rage for nothing. More words because 100 are not enough?

Dear readers!

My name is Daniel and I am official representative of Worldcore. Transfer fees can be found on Fees page of our website and we do not have any hidden fees.

This client sent funds in CHF (Swiss Francs) currency with mission to order Worldcore debit card. The amount of transfer was 91.40 CHF. As you can see on our website, debit cards are offered in three currencies - USD, EUR and GBP. It's not possible to order USD, EUR or GBP card from CHF account balance so the client requested to send the funds back to him.

Unfortunately, CHF transfer costs us 50 Euros and we do not have to pay transfer fees amounting to 50% of amount in such cases because there is absolutely no fault from our side so we offered to make currency conversion from CHF to USD account balance and offered him to order our plastic or virtual debit card to withdraw funds because this is the only possible way to do it without losing 50% from this amount. Virtual debit card was ordered by the client on December 6 and the funds were instantly withdrawn to it next minute after ordering debit card so it's totally not understandable to us what and how we stole from him. Please note that Worldcore team makes everything to deliver high quality services and support to our clients and we always react adequately to all complaints.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! We wish everyone to enjoy this holiday season!

Scammed me out of more than $200

Like many others have reported they challenged my transaction as being "fake" or "illegal" using spurious arguments and demanding unreasonable and obtrusive documentation. After many days of arguing I got most of my money back but they refused to transfer it where I wanted and they stole over $200 in "fees". I tried everything I could to get a resolution and to file an official complaint but it all went nowhere. Apparently they are operating out of the Czech Republic and it is very difficult to determine who you even need to complain to let alone to get someone on the phone that speaks English. As for the company's own "customer service" it's clear that they are only in business to rip people off, not to do a legitimate business.

It is crazy to see how they "defend" themselves by commenting and exposing in detail about what actually happened when someone posts a complained.

They motivate you to switch your entire financial flow to them where you can control everything at minimal fees.

But you should look at those fees in detail and compare that with what you would pay at a bank. After that question yourself what you can do with Worldcore that you cannot do with a bank. The only thing they offer at interesting fees is money transfers between members for free. Other than that I would say stick with a bank and get a prepaid card to load from a bank.

Works the same at a fraction of the cost you would pay for banking with Worldcore.

Oh... one last thing... try to call them and see if anyone answers.

I tried a couple of times...

nobody picked up the phone. Again people: use a bank.

Same here. Should've known better and done my homework.
